Optimising opportunity through understanding
Our client had a business concept that they needed validation and direction on to successfully launch a new brand. This involved gaining an in-depth understanding of the potential optimising opportunity and relevant regulations of the global free-to-play market in North America and India.
We worked with Inside the Pocket in an agile way providing a report and Google Sheet that were updated over the research period to enable all parties to collectively build our market understanding in-sync. This approach also allowed us to focus weekly update meetings and collectively identify additional areas for further research/investigation.
Our report provided research findings on the Global free-to-play market, Indian market regulations, information on competitors, comparators and F2P providers, a brand resonance pyramid, a proposed organisational design, proposition and brand brief for the appointed brand development agency Random Colour Animal.
We used the methodological framework of the Brand Resonance Pyramid to establish a strong brand for our client. Our Rokker Network sister company Random Colour Animal then used this as the basis for the brand ideation and design of sales and marketing collateral (including website) to launch the brand in the marketplace.
