Leadership empowerment

Our client were aware that there were several things they could do to improve their organisation and invited Rokker in to facilitate a leadership empowerment retreat.

Process

Whilst our client had mapped a number of big picture issues, they were aware that in order to address them, they needed to empower leaders and foster a culture of collaboration. They recognised that to do that their leaders needed to be empowered to build strong relationships. We had a number of meetings ahead of the retreat to understand some of the identified issues to enable us to prepare sessions that would affect change.

 

Solution

We delivered sessions as part of the leaders empowerment retreat that dug deep and encouraged the building of trusted relationships. The anticipated outcome is that these will ultimately improve customer experience and product development.

Outcome

The leaders on the retreat engaged well with the sessions with stronger, more trusting relationships bring formed. Commitments were made to support one another which its hoped will be evident in achieving measurable business improvement results.
