Andy has spent 19 years as a Managing Director and Board-level executive across a range of industries. He is passionate about design in all contexts and leads company strategy and day-to-day operations.
Richard is an experienced Design Thinking practitioner having spent 19 years as a Creative Director in enterprise-level design studios and co-founding a successful London digital agency. He is also a TEDx committee member.
Lee has a strong career in Digital product management, delivery and strategy. He is both experienced and passionate about creating and taking new digital products to market and has had the privilege to do so with some of the worlds biggest brands.
James is a master in project and programme management, having spent 18 years in the digital industry, planning, managing and delivering complex projects for some of the world’s leading brands including RBS, Universal Music, Electronic Arts and Sony.
Jo spent 20 years specialising in content creation and strategy, brand guardianship, communications and linking marketing directly to business objectives and audience needs. She is passionate about delivering multi-channel strategies, with measurable targets for increased engagement.
David is a seasoned board level executive, company owner and advisor. He has been through 2 trade sales and an IPO and advises on Rokker’s business and corporate development activities.
Having spent her earlier career in senior customer service positions in Schroders and Bank of New York Rowena took some time out to raise a family. She is now responsible for Rokker’s back-office and central services.
