About our Founder & CEO
Andy has spent 19 years as a Managing Director and Board-level executive across a range of industries. He is passionate about design in all contexts and leads company strategy and day-to-day operations.
Jim brings over 15 years experience running and scaling businesses. He has led an MBO and a company purchase, as well as two successful company sales. He is passionate about building and managing high performing teams; creating environments where individuals can thrive. Jim heads-up Rokker’s People Practice.
Trevor is a seasoned and qualified CIMA finance professional with significant international expertise and experience in leading fast paced technology businesses through transformation, growth and M&A. He is a passionate leader who drives commercial, operational and strategic success through process, performance and productivity.
Having joined the Rokker Team in April 2019, Jack now heads up the Rokker Research Labs division. His interest in the research process and methodologies allows him to provide a rapid-fire research service that empowers clients to make more informed strategic decisions.
Melissa is a purpose-driven, dynamic, strategic, detail oriented and creative communicator that establishes, builds and evolves brands through insightful culture shift and market positioning. Her ability to empower teams to deliver data-driven campaigns with award-winning outcomes is a benefit to both The Rokker Network and our clients.
Ryan has worked in analytical and management roles in a number of financial services firms including HSBC, Mitsubishi Bank and Saint James’s Place. His experience includes business analysis, project management and change management with a particular focus on creating efficiencies and streamlining processes through digital transformation. Ryan works across a range of Rokker’s research, analysis and strategy projects whilst leading on AI tools and processes.
Will graduated from the University of Kent in 2020 with a First Class degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics, following which he joined Rokker as Financial Executive. Will gained promotion to Business Analyst in 2022 since which time he has worked on key client projects and played a key role in establishing the RokkerX managed services subsidiary.
Leila graduated from the University of Essex in 2023 with a First Class BSc in Management and Marketing. Her positive attitude, clear thinking, enthusiasm and ability to make things happen are an absolute asset!
